Installed CFR slip-on's to a all stock system and now the right exhaust gets extremely hot.
Took the bike out for a test ride of about 4 miles after the install and when I brought it back and shut off the motor the right exhaust kept smoking a white smoke for a good 5 minutes. I got down and looked through the end of the right exhaust and I could see a red glow.

I don't believe that to be normal.

Thanks for your advice in advance.

Doesn't sound normal but it does get hot but I never saw smoke. I replaced my headers with a D&D header with V&H slip ons and a thundermax tuner...got rid of the heat issue and make the bike wake up and run

Do you have some type of fuel controller? Bike seems to be running lean but I am not a tech just a concern rider.

It's possible those big open mufflers allow some exhaust reversion to pull a tiny bit of fresh air into the system. Any oxygen will make the cat converter burn super hot. It will glow red if that is the case.

you are running lean, Harley runs them lean to help pass emissions and when you changed the slip on you leaned it out more.put a good tuner on it and it will help with power and Also get a good set of headers or have the converter gutted and it will run a lot cooler.
