Just wanted to give a shout out to Custom Dynamics and their excellent customer service. I added their 8" plasma rods to my bike last summer and one of them recently started not lighting up properly. The bottom inch or so would not light up. I called Custom Dynamics and they said to send a picture via email. Sent a pic and got a response in a half hour that a replacement was being shipped out that day! Even got a follow up email to verify the address. It is so nice to deal with a company that stands behind their product and knows how to treat their customers!
