CD LED Lights

I have a 2015 SGS and the other night replaced the stock turn signals with CD bullet rings. Everything checked out after installation and was working fine. Tonight I finished off adding the 8in plasma rods and the signal decoder to run the plasma rods as both turn and brake. I am now having a issue with the rear tail lights not lighting up when running. All the other functions i.e. Brake and turn are working just not the running. CD stated I didn't need a load equalizer when I made the purchases but could that be why they aren't working? Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Mbilluss- I have CD's LED's all the way around AND the '8 Plasma Rods. I did not buy the Load Equalizer because I am only using the rods for turn and brake not running. I suspect you have something wired wrong in your system. Recheck everything again.

Mojo. I went and rechecked all the wiring and it looked good so I unplugged the decoder and went back to the original setup where it was working and now it no longer works then either. I am going to check my fulpak and see if I am getting any error codes if not I will call CD on Monday and see what they suggest night be the problem.
