Cam Size

Does anyone know the size of the cam that came standard in the 2006 Street Glide? thinking of replacing it with an S&S 570 cam when I do the S&S 98 kit. Just wondering how much bigger the 570 is over stock.

Here is the H-D chart for comparison purposes. The stock HO 103 cam is the first one listed (MY14 Stock). Hope it helps
