Blank Exhausts [no badge] for Peoples Republic of CA?

Wondering if anyone is aware of any good exhaust systems that don't have the name badged on the pipe? I'm looking for something I can roll in the communist state of CA without getting a citation. As soon as the cops see V&H or Bassani etc, it's a free ticket. If it's blank, they have a harder time making the case.

I've searched and looked at pipes but everyone (understandably) seems to badge their pipes with obvious logos that would be hard to remove or hide.

Technically, that doesn't mean sh!t The smart cops will look for the stamping on the pipe that says DOT/CARB legal.... C'mon really, you don't think a cop knows a non-stock/modified exhaust from a stock one?

Most cops don't carry a mirror and aren't going to crawl around near the hot pipes. Its not about them knowing; its about how easy it is to prove it. If its more difficult they are more likely to give you a warning.

And no; many cops aren't experts on pipes.

Just like they're not experts on helmets...but how many non DOT beanie helmet tickets do you see being issued in OC? I got two in one day once. It's too obvious whats stock and non stock as far as pipes go. HB cops will get you on anything.

There is a company called american custom that will gut and rebuild your stock mufflers without modifying the outside. Might look into that.

I've been back to Cali for about a year and a half and haven't been stopped by a cop yet....except once when I was lane-splitting...I have Street Cannons on my bike.

This guy re-baffles stock mufflers that he gets from dealers.... with different diameters. I have them.... $135 shipped to my door. Completely stock looking.... and most look brand new... because most are new take-offs.
He has them on ebay, too. That's where I bought mine.

How do you like the sound..what other pipe would you say they sound the closest too?

I think Fullsac Performance also has them with different baffel options and are solid without any markings.

I live in the southern part of TPRC and am in HB all the time. I currently have a Street Glide with Rineheart slip ons and my 03 Deuce has V&H Straight shots on it. I ride in and around Huntington almost every weekend. I have never been pulled over for exhaust Don't mean to be blunt but if you don't act stupid they wont nail you. We were cruising main st one Friday night and a dude in front of us was riding a Road glide couldnt stay off the throttle, they got him and didnt give us the time of day.
