Has anyone have them installed on a catted Street Glide ?
BTC tech instructed me to drill out or punch out the cats for a better flow. How do I do it?

Did you ever get an answer or figure it out. I am currently in the same predicament.

Get a big long screwdriver, pry bar or something you can pound on, a big hammer and shove in up the tail...pipe. Its better to have your headers off and supported. The other option is to cut a small....4"x 6" hole in the side, gently remove the cat...and weld it back. I just used the pry bar method...took about an hour and 95% of the cat was gutted....

After prying it out, get a holesaw that just fits inside the pipe with an extension on it, and run it through to finish the clean-up.

As someone who cut a opening to remove the cat, I can tell you that doing it any other way is a waste of time. There is no way you will get more than 50% of the cat out. You should be able to find someone with a welder that can help you out.

eBay buy a header all done send yours back for core charge don't remember the site name type in header
