I still have time before I pulled the trigger and I'm just gathering up data ......
The plan is to get the mufflers, headers, A/C & cam update all done at my 1K maintenance .... just get it all done at once ......
And I have yet to decide on the A/C unit ..... and ..... cams
I'm looking at the S&S cams too .... along with HD of course .....
We shall see ......

I never gave it a 2nd thought really ..... I mean, just how much of a HP gain will I achieve with say a 585 cam upgrade after the new mufflers, headers and A/C upgrade?
What's the baseline stock HP of the 103 motor?
Harley tech an parts manager talked me out of it. New creat motor 120 installed was only 5000 $ cam job alone done myself was around 1500 $

Hp before 103 stock 66.5 torq 85.9
After stag 1 intake and hi flow screaming eagle head pipe and cannon muffler w screaming E race tuner
79.82 hp tq 97.70 If I change motor any more I'll go 120 motor

I'm running that exact setup with SE Elite air cleaner and the fp3 tuner. Runs very well sounds great still haven't done the auto tune with the fp3 but runs very well with the base map Vance and Hines recommended. Only issue I had was the right driver floorboard was rubbing on the head pipe a little. installed floorboard spacer kit plenty of room now and the riding position is a lot more comfortable with the spacers. Hope this helps with your decision.
